The Wuxing Deqing section of Huzhou Hangzhou Expressway is an important expressway project in the 13th five year plan for comprehensive transportation development of Hunan Province, and also the "one vertical" of the "three vertical and three horizontal" expressway network in the 13th five year plan for comprehensive transportation development of Huzhou City. "The implementation of this project will add a new expressway from Huzhou to Hangzhou, relieve the traffic pressure of Hangzhou, Nanjing and LIANHANG, improve the road network structure in the east of Huzhou and the expressway traffic network in the center of the Yangtze River Delta, and provide reliable traffic guarantee for the economic integration of the Yangtze River Delta and the development of Hangzhou metropolitan economic circle.
The importance of Huhang expressway is beyond words. However, due to the characteristics of Zhejiang's geographical environment and dense water network, the solidification of expressway subgrade is particularly important. According to the plan, the land passed by this bid section is mostly water depressions and farmland, which is immersed in water for a long time. Most of these soft soils are clayey soil with very low bearing capacity, so it is impossible to carry out direct construction on the surface layer. It is necessary to solidify the shallow soil first to ensure the smooth progress of subsequent construction.
